A. Maybe.  We're usually not actively looking for new people, but if you think you have what it takes, send us your resume.  If you are the pick of the litter, we can always try to find room.

Q. What kind of jobs are you hiring for?

A. We're generally looking for the following positions:

• PC Tech - PC repair, simple networking, customer support
• Tech I - General networking, computer diagnosis & repair, customer support
• Tech II - Linux and Windows administration, low-level router configuration, etc
• Installer - Drive a service van, climb ladders, install or repair customer equipment.  Very active.
• Junior web designer / programmer

A. Hard working, smart people who learn as they go.   Generally, we care more about your attitude than your certifications.  We do a lot of on-the job training (which means we really expect you to Google everything you don't understand).
